Runners Have Fine Results At Bell-Jeff Event!

The Burroughs boys placed third in the Division I Gold race and had the third-fastest team time of the day. The Indian girls placed sixth in their Division I Gold race and the Bell-Jeff boys were fifth in their Division V Blue race.

The Guards girls’ team didn’t have enough runners to score

For Providence, the boys’ team was eighth in their Division V Blue race and the Pioneers girls’ squad didn’t score.

Anthony Monroy paced the Burroughs boys, placing eighth in 15 minutes, 28 seconds. He was followed by Alex Quispe (17th; 16:00), Charlie Camacho (18th; 16:01), David Campos (25th; 16:24), Alex Martinez (26th; 16:26), Kamal Chahal (37th; 16:45) and Alriel Larios (50th; 17:05).

Kristy Payne (10th; 19:53), Angie Martinez (28th; 21:09), Jessica Aguilar (34th; 21:19), Annabelle Maginnis (46th; 22:15), Celina Rodriguez (51st; 22:45) and Roxana Alonso (82nd; 25:08) placed for the Indian girls.

The Bell-Jeff boys received efforts from Bryan Encerrado (17th; 17:54), Isael Farias (30th; 19:01), Christian Reyes (35th; 19:09), Jerry Zepata (40th; 19:25) and Javier Molina (43rd; 19:33).

April Tiscareno (16th; 22:52) and was the top Guards’ girls’ runner and Jaii Jiang (25th; 23:52) was the top finisher for the Providence girls.

The finishers for the Pioneer boys were Andrew Carrillo (50th; 20:28), Aaron Ziegler (57th; 21:05), Eric Becerra (62nd; 21:28), Bobby Storbakken (63rd; 21:35), Brian Aguilon (65th; 21:42) and Eddie Marcado (75th; 23:47).
